Took my wife’s vehicle here for hail damage repair and Caleb has been great to work with. Unfortunately we haven’t gotten our vehicle fixed because insurance decided to total it, but I feel like a review is still warranted because Caleb has been great. It took my insurance a very long time to communicate with Caleb and myself. They really were beyond slow, and I’m embarrassed that he had to put up with it, but Caleb was patient and accommodating the entire time. He was always prompt in updating me with any progress from the insurance company even when there really was no progress because the insurance company didn’t have their act together.
